President of Napoli-Baku Association sends congratulatory letter to President Ilham Aliyev

President of Napoli-Baku Association Guiseppe M. Caniglia has sent a congratulatory letter to President Ilham Aliyev on his landslide victory in the election, Azernews reports.

The letter reads:
