Former Croatian President congratulates Azerbaijani President

Stjepan Mesi?, former President of the Republic of Croatia has sent a congratulatory letter to President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev on occasion of his birthday, Azernews reports.

The letter reads:
