CEC of Azerbaijan will send invitations for international monitoring of by-elections

"Central Election Committee of Azerbaijan will send invitations in the current April to some countries to monitor the 13 May by-elections," said the head of the CEC international relations department Rovzat Gasimov.

He told Trend CEC will send invitations to relevant bodies of the foreign states. According to Gasimov, these states are mostly the countries, with which Azerbaijan CEC cooperated earlier.

In conclusion Gasimov said, CEC expects invitations for monitoring of the forthcoming elections in Ukraine in March, adding such invitations will arrive based on the agreement of cooperation made earlier between CEC of the both states.
