All election precincts are now accessible by phone

"The Communications and Information Technologies Ministry binded by the Presedential decree on urgent measures related to the preparations and holding of parliamentary elections, provided all election precincts [over 4500] with telephone communication," said Ali Abbasov, the Communications and Information Technologies Minister

According to Abbasov, the Ministry distributed mobile phones and free cards in the remote places, where it was impossoble to install ordinary landline telephones. In addition to this ministry created five operative groups that will function to solve failures of communication during the election day.
