Arkadi Gukasyan: ”Sooner or later Azerbaijan will have to start talks with Nagorno Karabakh”

He called that an idea of rendering Nagorno Karabakh once again under the control of Azerbaijan is absurd. The leader of unrecognized republic concerned that absence of Karabakh representation in the peace talks is inadmissible.

“The Mink Group co-chairmen know well that it is impossible to be successful in the talks without the participation of Nagorno Karabakh. Thus, some issues discussed in the talks should be solved by our participation directly. Azerbaijan will have to conduct talks with Nagorno Karabakh sooner or later”, said Gukasyan.
