Participants of Euronest PA meeting pay respect to national leader Heydar Aliyev and Azerbaijani heroes

Participants of the Energy Security Committee`s meeting of the Euronest Parliamentary Assembly have today visited the Alley of Honors to lay flowers at the tomb of Azerbaijan`s national leader, founder and architect of modern Azerbaijani state Heydar Aliyev.

They also visited the Alley of Martyrs to commemorate Azerbaijani heroes who gave their lives for the country`s independence and territorial integrity and laid flowers at their graves.

They enjoyed panoramic view of the capital and were informed on the history of the Alley of Martyrs and redevelopment works in Baku.
