Argentine's first ambassador to Azerbaijan known

Argentina has proposed to Azerbaijani Ministry of Foreign Affairs the nomination of its first ambassador to Baku.
According to the official site of Argentine Foreign Ministry, Carlos Dante Riva has been nominated to this post.

Carlos Dante Riva will be able to take the office as Argentine’s first ambassador to Azerbaijan, after Azerbaijan summarizes the process of agreement and Carlos Riva presents his credentials to the President of Azerbaijan. Carlos Riva previously worked in various diplomatic missions, including the United Nations, Venezuela and Cuba.
