Iran offers to establish joint Iranian-Azerbaijani Chamber of Commerce

Iranian Ambassador to Azerbaijan Mohsen Pak Ayeen offered to establish a joint Iranian-Azerbaijani Chamber of Commerce for the development of relations between the two countries.

He voiced this offer during a meeting with First Vice President of the Azerbaijani Chamber of Commerce and Industry Niyaz Alizade, Iranian Embassy in Azerbaijan told Trend.

According to the report, at the meeting Pak Ayeen pointed to the need for simplification of the visa regime between the two countries and the settlement of rates, which, in his opinion, will create opportunities for private sector of Iran and Azerbaijan.

In turn, Alizade said that Azerbaijan is ready to develop cooperation of private sector of both countries, and Azerbaijani Chamber of Commerce and Industry can assist in this area.
