Nargiz Pashayeva: 'Knowledge is main criterion of Moscow State University’s Baku branch'

As always, during the entrance examinations this year, we evaluated the applicants only in accordance with one factor – knowledge, only knowledge. The doors of our university are open to everyone who has knowledge.

The statement came from Professor Nargiz Pashayeva, rector of the Baku branch of Moscow State University.

Professor Pashayeva emphasized that this year, as every year, all examinations were carried out under strict control. "Anyone who has entered knows that the main thing that was required is knowledge. I am very pleased that this year, students from nine regions of Azerbaijan will study at our university. This is a great achievement," said Pashayeva.

Some 411 students had enrolled in the Baku branch of the Moscow State University including 388 Bachelors’ and 23 Master’s degree students.
