Russian top official to visit Baku

Deputy Prime Minister of Russian government Dmitry Rogozin will visit Baku, where he will meet with Azerbaijani leadership.

Rogozin wrote about this on his Twitter page. Dmitry Rogozin is in charge of the military-industrial bloc in the Russian government.
