Russian embassy applies new visa regulations

Embassy of Russia to Azerbaijan has imposed new visa regulations. Now applicants should complete an online visa application forms by visiting https://visa.kdmid.ru/ . From June 15, 2012, all visa applicants are required to fill in the application form electronically then print it and submit to the Consular section of the Russian Embassy in Baku.
