President Ilham Aliyev issues order to mark Khojaly genocide

President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev signed an executive order on the 20th anniversary of the Khojaly genocide. Under the order, the Presidential Administration was tasked with preparation and implementation of the plan of actions to mark the anniversary of the genocide.
