
Foreign Minister of Azerbaijan Elmar Mammadyarov has left for New York to attend events to be held as part of UN Security Council. The Minister will attend and speak at the Security Council’s briefing on Wednesday chaired by Foreign Minister of the Republic of South Africa and debate on Thursday at the Security Council presided over by South African President Jacob Zuma. Mammadyarov is expected to hold a number of bilateral meetings during the visit.
