Azerbaijan- Serbia relations grow

The New Azerbaijan Party (YAP) and Serbiya`s Democratic Party signed Memo on mutual understanding and cooperation. The Memo was signed by YAP`s executive secretary, MP Ali Ahmadov and Minister of Agriculture, Trade, Forestry and Water Economy of Serbia, deputy chairman of the Democratic Party of Serbia Dushan Petrovich.

At the meeting following the signing ceremony, Ahmadov noted that the relations between Azerbaijan and Serbia are growing and friendly relations between the heads of the two states create wide opportunities for comprehensive development of ties between the two countries.
According to the deputy chairman of the party, numerous documents signed during the mutual meetings created a strong legal basis for cooperation and development of relations between the political parties will promote further expansion of ties between the two states and peoples.

Ahmadov provided the guests with detailed information about the creation of the New Azerbaijan Party, its role in sociopolitical life of Azerbaijan and international ties. It was noted that the Party is cooperating closely with a number of international organizations and political parties.
