Winners of World Cup tumbling event awarded in Baku [PHOTO]

Azerbaijani trampoline gymnasts Svetlana Makshtareva and Veronica Zemlanaya have won silver medals by scoring 46.350 points at the FIG World Cup in Trampoline Gymnastics and Tumbling in Baku.

Belarusian gymnasts Hanna Harchonak and Tatsiana Piatrenia took first place by scoring 49.400 points and Portuguese pair Beatriz Martins and Silvia Saiote took third by scoring 45.050 points.

The second day of the new Olympic cycle’s first World Cup in Trampoline Gymnastics and Tumbling kicked off at the National Gymnastics Arena in Baku Feb. 19.

Eighty-five gymnasts representing 15 countries are taking part in the World Cup.
