While Samsung hasn’t officially announced the pint-sized version of the phone, the handset has shown up in images on Samsung’s official apps site.
Originally spotted by TGSpot, Samsung's apps site allows you to sort apps by device, letting you see at a glance what might be compatible with your particular device. Devices are listed by name and photo, the Samsung Galaxy S4 mini being one of those devices.

The Galaxy S4 mini is expected to be slightly smaller than the Galaxy S4, shrinking the screen size from 5-inches to 4.3-inches. Rumours point to the handset sporting a 1.6GHz processor, Super AMOLED 960x540 display, and 8-megapixel camera.
Not an entirely new idea for Samsung, the company released a miniature version of the Galaxy S III (the Galaxy S4’s predecessor) shortly after the Galaxy S III hit the market last year.
