What can thrill up us more than a Christmas fair in December?

One of Azerbaijan’s leading magazines “Nargis” has organized a New Year charity fair called "Cold hands - warm hearts" in one of the central streets of Baku at Fountain Square on December 3.

Till the end of this month, the city residents may enjoy the New Year’s hits, drinking hot chocolate and joining entertainments presented by the partners of the "Nargis" magazine.

All the fair’s guests will have an opportunity to enjoy interesting programs. You can also purchase souvenirs, sweets, gifts and surprises for your dears, making their day unforgettable.

Many capital’s leading brands have put on display their products in the fair. You can also purchase the promotional products of the Society for the Protection of homeless animals B.A.R.S. You can buy something or just donate some money.

“During such fairs, our shop offers different discounts for different groups of goods, "said a seller.

After each purchase, the buyer is given a coupon which he or she cast into a drum set near the stage. All proceeds from the fair will be donated to the "Home for the Elderly" in Buzovna settlement of Baku, as well as the treatment of children suffering from serious diseases.

You will surely have much positive energy and festive mood there. People sell everything from hats and mittens in the national style to New Year toys, chocolate, souvenirs and many other interesting things.

The fair is filled with traditional treats: waffles with chocolate and powdered sugar, sweet pancakes, cakes, hot dogs and fast food.

This year the manager of the fair is elected in vote. Among the candidates were many well-known personalities of the country, but this was singer Miri Yusif who finally won the voting. He was the very first person who came to the fair to find out whether all goes according to plan or not.

“I will call everyone to join the event during the month. I will visit the fair every day to resolve any issue, if something goes wrong,” Yusif said.

The opening ceremony hosted many famous national stars, including Murad Dadashev, singers Cupa Saks, Yegana Agayeva, Chingiz Mustafayev, Rilai, Sevda Yahyayeva and others.

The event is aimed not only to create a good Christmas mood, but also help fulfill the most secret desires of kids from orphanages.
