British journalist Ewan Spence, candidate for the prize of the Academy of Cinema and TV-Art of Britain is going to write a book on the “Eurovision-2012” song contest.
It will include not only information about the three shows but also an article on preparation for the competition during the 362 days. Before he visited Baku, he attended the “Eurovision in concert” project which was held in Amsterdam.
The book traces the path from the victory of Azerbaijani representatives in Dusseldorf in 2011 to the “Eurovision-2012” contest in Baku. Ewan Spence plans to publish the book together with the newspaper “Guardian.” Over the 800 songs sounded at the national finals but the audience has heard only 42 of them.
