Book on Azerbaijani Shirvan carpets presented - PHOTOS

The book titled "Azerbaijani carpets, Shirvan group" of the "Azerbaijani carpets in groups" series has just come out. Published by "Azerilme" carpet weaving enterprise, the book implies the history of Shirvan carpets. The authors dwell on rare carpets of Shirvan region of Azerbaijan and carpet weaving technology.

The book, published in Azerbaijani, Russian, English, French and German, says about the history of the region and also gives descriptions and characteristics of 23 ancient and modern carpets.
