Azerbaijan- Belarus trade turnover to reach $1billion

The trade turnover between Azerbaijan and Belarus will reach $1 billion next year, Belarus’ Ambassador to Azerbaijan Nikolay Patskevich said. He said  positive dynamics has been recently observed in the economic, commercial relations between the two countries.

“Our relations are strengthening year after year. We plan to increase the trade turnover up to $1 billion,” he said. The trade turnover between the two countries increased by five times over the past five years. The trade turnover was $150 million in 2010, $580 million in the first half of 2011.
