Jordan Shopping Center to be opened in Azerbaijan

Jordan Shopping Center will be soon opened in Azerbaijan, the ambassador of Jordan in Azerbaijan Adel Adaileh said.

To him, relations between Jordan and Azerbaijan are developing at a high level. Economic, trade and cultural ties between Jordan and Azerbaijan serve the interests of both peoples.

“Unfortunately, the current level of trade turnover between Azerbaijan and Jordan are not at the desired level, and does not reflect the existing potential. There is an ongoing work in this direction and hope that the volume of trade with Azerbaijan will increase”, he added.

Adaileh noted that the present volume of trade turnover between Azerbaijan and Jordan made $7 million. “There are opportunities to increase trade deal. There is an ongoing work on the opening of Jordan Shopping Center in Baku. In this regard, negotiations are conducted with the Ministry of Economic Development and AzPromo. Jordan can put agrarian, agricultural, construction and other goods on the Azerbaijani market”.
