Assets management conception to be included in the Civil Code in Azerbaijan

A draft law about making of amendments in the Civil Code on assets management was discussed in the Economic Policy Committee of Azerbaijani Parliament. Article # 992-1.9 is recommended to present in “Assets control is professional activity on operations at securities market in the interests of customer or in the interests of third person indicated by customer using securities or cash resources given under the jurisdiction of professional participant, but appurtenant to customer” version.

Note that, previous version was “Securities control is professional activity on operations at securities market in the interests of customer or in the interests of third person indicated by customer using securities or cash resources given under the jurisdiction of professional participant, but appurtenant to customer”

The draft law considers relevant amendments in other articles related with this. Note that, the draft law is recommended to discuss at the plenary meeting of parliament.
