EBRD appoints new representative in Azerbaijan

The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) appointed a new head of a representative office in Azerbaijan, EBRD acting representative in Azerbaijan Francis Delaey said on Friday.

"The new head of the EBRD Baku office Neil Mckain is already in Baku, DeLay said. "Previously, he headed the representative office in Turkmenistan." Mckain will begin operating from November.

DeLay explained new appointment by his transfer to another job. He will head the EBRD representative office in Belarus.

DeLay has been heading the EBRD Baku office since 2008. According to the EBRD procedures, a person is appointed to this post for 3-4 years.
