Azerbaijani thermal power station increases electricity production in April

In April, the Azerbaijani thermal power station generated about 4.22.1 million kilowatt-hours of electricity, or 64,000 kilowatt-hours more than it was predicted, Azerenergy said.

According to the information, the power station generated about 2.3 billion kilowatt hours of electricity in January-April.

The Azerbaijani thermal power station has been exploited since 1980s. The station consists of eight units. The capacity exceeds 2,000 megawatts.
