"Preparations on construction of new oil refinery complex in Azerbaijan will complete soon"

The preparations on construction of new oil refinery complex in Azerbaijan will be completed, soon, said the SOCAR President Rovnag Abdullayev.

According to him, SOCAR has already started these works in accordance to the president’s order: "The feasibility study and calculation of project are underway. World’s great engineering companies attend the preparation works. We consider that, we’ll submit the project to the leadership of the country. After this, concrete works will be started".

SOCAR President noted that, the preparation works on construction of oil refinery complex in Turkey also continue: "The initial projects have already been developed and talks with banks and construction companies are being held. We’ll complete the contracts and financing works of project and start physical works, soon".
