Ceyhan oil terminal loads 1,248 tankers

Ceyhan oil terminal loaded 1,248 oil tankers through Baku-Tbilisi-Ceyhan (BTC) main export pipeline from June 2006 till August 20, Turkey's Botas International Limited Company said.

About 978 million barrels of oil was transported through BTC.

Currently, oil produced from Azeri-Chirag-Gunashli and gas condensates from Shah Deniz fields are transported via BTC.

Turkmen oil is also transported via BTC pipeline after signing an agreement in July.
