Azerbaijan issues total of 50 mortgage loans in first decade of July

Azerbaijani Mortgage Fund resumed mortgage lending on June 1, 2009. AMF agent banks issued 20 loans worth 1 million manat in June 2009.

So, total of 70 citizens have received mortgage lending worth 3.5 million manat.

“Authorized credit organizations of the AMF have received about 900 mortgage lending requests which means 40 million manat,” the AMF said.  

The social mortgage lending was launched on June 18.

“In a period less than a month, agent banks have received about 200 social mortgage lending requests. This is more than 3 million manat,” AMF said.
