Baku hosts jubilee conference of TRASECA transport ministers

Transport Ministers of TRACECA, Transport Corridor Europe-Caucasus-Asia, are gathering in Baku for a jubilee conference marking the 10th anniversary of signing of multilateral agreements to develop the corridor and the 15th anniversary of EU TRACECA program, reports Day.Az with reference to AzerTac.

The event, starting on Thursday, brings together representatives of more than 20 countries, including 12 member states, and several international organizations to discuss prospects for extending the transport corridor, involving neighboring countries in the project and enhance multilateral cooperation among the member states.

A meeting of the TRACECA Intergovernmental Commission`s national secretaries and experts will also be held on the sidelines of the conference.
