Azerbaijani-Swedish business - forum starts in Baku

The Azerbaijani-Swedish business-forum was launched at the Nobel's Family Foundation in the capital of Azerbaijan on Wednesday.
According to Novosti-Azerbaijan, the forum is attended by about 15 Swedish companies, engaged in the spheres of agriculture, energy, transport, IT, healthcare and so on.

The Swedish delegation will be headed by Swedish employment minister Swen Otto Litorin.

The event will be attended by Minister of Labor and Social Protection of the population Fizuli Alekperov.

The event is arranged by AZPROMO, Economic Development Ministry and Nobel Family Foundation.

Earlier, Elnur Sultanov, chief of department of international cooperation of the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection announced that during the meeting with the Swedish delegation the sides will discuss the development of bilateral relations, in particular, exchange of specialists.

"First of all, this is the involvement of Swedish specialists, engaged on the labor market. We will study the Swedish model. This is a continuation of our agreements, attained during the last year ILO session in Geneva", said the chief of department.
