A delegation led by the Prime Minister of Lithuania Gediminos Kirkepas will visit Azerbaijan on January 28-29.
The official visit will be paid on the invitation of the Prime Minister of Azerbaijan Artur Rasizade.
The due information has been provided by the Lithuanian ambassador to Azerbaijan Kastutis Kudzmanas.
According to him, Azerbaijan and Lithuania plan to sign a document on the creation of a joint intergovernmental commission on economic cooperation in the framework of the visit.
It is planned to discuss prospects of cooperation in various economic spheres. There is also a plan to arrange the Azerbaijan-Lithuania business-forum in the framework of the visit to Baku.
Kudzmanas also reported that the sides plan to sign documents on cooperation in the sphere of air, railway, aviation and land transport. The said issues will also be discussed during the visit.
