Azerbaijan, EBRD due to agree on two projects

The First Vice President Varel Freeman of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) will pay a working visit to Azerbaijan to have discussion on relocation of Baku Cargo Terminal and involvement in financing Baku-Tbilisi-Kars railway project. A memorandum of understanding will be reached during the visit.

Azerbaijan's Economic development Minister, Heydar Babayev and EBRD business officer for Southern and Eastern Europe, Caucasus and Central Asia, Olivier Decam, inked a preparatory protocol within the scope of the EBRD annual meeting in Kazan, the capital of the Russian Republic of Tatarstan, on May 21-22.
