Iran starts industrial scale nuclear fuel production

Iran's President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad announced Iran started industrial scale nuclear fuel production.

"I proudly announce that as of today Iran is among the countries which produce nuclear fuel on an industrial scale," President Ahmadinejad told a gathering at the Natanz uranium enrichment facility in Central Iran.

"Since today we start industrial scale nuclear fuel production and include Iran's name into the list of countries that use nuclear fuel," he said.

Mahmoud Ahmadinejad did not say how many centrifuges are installed ready for nuclear fuel production, APA reports.
