Economic Court rejects appeal of Independent Azerbaijan University

He said that Economic Court presided over by judge Raziye Atashova today has considered the appeal, APA reports.

The court adopted the decision to reject the appeal as there were not enough arguments. Aliyev noted that IAU will appeal to Supreme Court for Economic Court’s decision and if the court rejects their claims, they will appeal to the European Court of Human Rights.

Economic Court # 1 abolished the license of the university some months ago on the claims of Azerbaijan’s Education Ministry.
