Legal procedure on Barmek former officers' appeal postponed

The causes were not publicized. The trial was fixed to March 5.

Accused Rahib Musayev and Alesker Ramazanov filed an appeal against the decision of the Court of Grave Crimes, APA reports.

Court of Grave Crimes sentenced Elnur Mutallimov and Firudin Agayev with charges on Article 314.2 (negligence) to two years, Asif Alekberov and Ahliman Mammadov to 18 months, Alesker Ramazanov and Rahib Musayev with charges on Article 308 (abuse of power) correspondingly to three years and six months and three years.
