Special Plan to improve capital's transportation system

Azerbaijan Transportation Ministry is developing a Special Plan to improve transportation system in Baku.

Ministry Officer Sadraddin Mammadov told APA that the Special Plan for 2007-08 envisions improvement of infrastructure, and construction of new tunnels ad road bridges in the city.
