BE&G Insurance's nominal capital to grow 41%

Azerbaijan's BE&G Insurance Company intends to increase its authorized capital 40.8% to some AZN 1mln (US $1.148mln).

Company's Head Office told the APA that its capitalization grew 10% and authorized capital, to January 1, reached AZN 710,000.

BE&G provides 23 voluntary and 4 compulsory insurance services.

Established in 1998 under the name of Nakhchivan Insurance by two individuals, the Company was renamed Benefit & Guaranty Insurance in 2001.
