CIS Statistics Committee says Azerbaijan's economy growth 30% in 2007

The Statistics Committee of the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS) has released prediction that gross domestic product (GDP) of Azerbaijan will beat 30% in 2007, this country will leave other CIS states far behind.

It has also predicted that the member countries' GDP will rise by 7% on average in 2007. Industrial production growth is predicted to hit 40% in this country. Goods export growth will reach 70% while this figure will not exceed 11% on average for CIS countries. APA
