Phone talks between Baku and Khirdalan charged

Telephone talks between Baku and Khirdalan will be charged because of its new status as city, Aztelecom told APA.

Aztelecom will prepare its proposals on the call price after New Year.

The proposals will be referred to the Tariff Council – Azerbaijan's State Price Regulator.
