Viktor Yanukovych: "Ukraine is interested in strengthening cooperation with Azerbaijan"

Ukraine is interested in strengthening cooperation with Azerbaijan, in trade-economic and energy spheres, in particular. Viktor Yanukovych stressed during the meeting with Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Azerbaijan to Ukraine Talyat Aliyev.

The Head of Ukrainian Government noted that bilateral turnover increased. At that Viktor Yanukovych said that this rate does not correspond to the economic potential of two countries.

According to the Prime Minister, the most promising direction of economic interaction is fuel and energy cooperation, implementation of common projects on transportation of the Caspian energy carriers to the European market, in particular. ForUm
