Emergencies Ministry warns construction companies

The accident was ascertained to happen in result of violate of Baku Executive Body's order by Tereqqi Inshaat construction company. The order says that the cleanup and evacuation of the territory should be implemented at the expenditure of construction company”, the chief of Emergencies Ministry Construction Control Agency Expertise Department Ibrahim Guliyev told reporters, APA reports.

He said that the ministry cautioned the company about the evacuation and quit the drilling work on July 31.

"But the company neglected the caution and that led to the accident. We found out such construction in residential area 17 in Sumgait and stopped the work. The ministry warned all construction companies to observe the rules of security. A number of companies do not pile and wrongly use soil analysis. Emergencies Ministry adopted relevant decisions on the issue," he said.
