Finance Ministry's Insurance Department develops action plan to qualify staff of insurance companies

He said Ministry intends to create an Insurance Training Center and give trainings to the insurance companies' staff with support of international organizations.

The Finance Ministry's Training Center will give a course in a few days.

"Insurance Companies are short of professionals," he said.

He also said they have received a number of complaints about the violation of rights of policyholders, APA reports.

"We try to resolve the problems within our authority. But, our authority is limited. It is necessary to set up an organization which will defend the rights of policyholders. We are ready to give legal and methodical support to such an organization to be created."
