Azerbaijani, Georgian and Turkish Transportation Ministers may meet in Ankara on October 13-14 to discuss issues concerning Baku-Tbilisi-Akhalkalak-Kars Railway Project, Turan Morali stated.

Mr. Morali said the trilateral meeting of the ministers can be held within inaugural ceremony of Ankara Airport.

Saying Turkish transportation and communications minister Binali Yildirim discussed the issue on the project with his Azerbaijani counterpart yesterday, the ambassador expressed his confidence that there is no problem between Turkey and Azerbaijan on this project.

"There are problems with Georgia but not serious ones. Georgian technical assessment on the project is ready yet. Turkey's State Budget for next year will allocate funds to the Project."

He also said Turkey will commence to build the railway line in its own territory next year and Azerbaijan will finance Georgian portion of the railway line, APA reports.
