Natig Aliyev: "State-of-the-art technologies should be applied to revive engineering industry"

Industry and Energy Minister of Azerbaijan, Natig Aliyev, met with engineering company.

The problems and prospects of the engineering industry were discussed at the meeting, APA reports.

"Great number of staff reduction was made in some enterprises, some enterprises have only a director and 5-6 workers. However, the engineering industry is considered developed in Azerbaijan during the Soviet period. State-of-the-art technologies should now be applied in order to revive engineering industry in Azerbaijan."
