Azerbaijani Information and Technologies Ministry lawyer Bakhtiyar Mammadov told APA that the court sent a letter to parties on determination of the date for hearing and asked for working schedule for November-January.
"The court will set exact date after parties respond to the letter. After the date is set, the court will summons the parties. But it is not mandatory for parties to attend the trial."
Azerbaijani party had requested the court for conduct of hearing of Azerbaijani witnesses in Azerbaijan.
Debt argument between Pochtbank and FIM Bank started in 2001.
Pochtbank obtained from FIM bank a loan of $3.35 mn for false AzTel and $12.56 mn for BakuTel.
