WB proposals on better water supplies

The WB Sector managers on water and urban economy, Lee Travers and Yonger Vorgual, have visited Baku and made several investment proposals on implementing the strategy during their talks with Azeri officials, a source from the bank said.

The preparation of a specific project will begin after the government approves one of the alternatives. A WB mission is expected to visit Azerbaijan again to discuss the issue soon, AssA-Irada reports.

The funding for the project will be provided both by WB and the government.
