Insurance Code proposed in Milli Majlis

Parliament of Azerbaijan, Milli Majlis, proposed Insurance Code to relevant state authorities.

APA was reported from Ziyad Samadzade, the Chief of Permanent Commission of Milli Majlis on Economic Policy.

"We had monitorings on insurance legislation in which we discovered several gaps and problems in insurance market. So, we offer Insurance Code that might develop insurance market and have current problems disappeared," he said.

He also told that the new Draft Law on Insurance was not submitted to the Parliament yet.
