International coach station to be constructed

New international coach station complex constructed on the Baku-Sumgait highway will be completely ready by the end of this year.

As APA was informed from the Ministry of Transport, the bus station being built since the end of 2004 will receive buses coming from north regions and CIS countries.

The bus station situated in approximately 3 hectares of territory is being built by the XXI Century Company.

Total cost of the project is $12 million. It will allow to place 400 buses in the bus terminal and 8-10 thousand passengers daily will be provided with service there.
