Protocol of intention signed between AtaHolding and Hasit Company of Germany

As APA was informed from the Holding, the document was signed by the president of Hasit, Mr. Wolfgang Steinbach and chair of the Supervisory Board of AtaHolding, Mr. Ahmet Erentok.

The Hasit Company has enterprises producing building materials in 40 countries of the world and the protocol of intention provides building of one more similar enterprise in Azerbaijan. If infrastructure conditions are satisfactory, the new enterprise is planned to be constructed on basis of "Zeyemkendmash" OJSC in Shamkir region.
