IBAR’s assets grow by 31%

On the results of 2005 the profit of the International Bank of Azerbaijan comprised 105,308bn manats, or 41.1% more as compared 2004.

It was a result of increase of the bank's incomes by 44.6 %. The incomes on interest rate made up 356,502bn manats, including, 307,248bn manats on the loans granted to physical and legal entities, 42,685bn manats on funds placed in the bank. The commission charges and incomes for IBA's services were 273,236bn manats, 43,869bn manats - transactions through plastic cards, Trend reports.

In 2005 the incomes of IBA comprises 524,430bn manats, including, 110,026bn manats spent on payment of interest rates against 91.3bn manats in 2004.

As of 1 January 2006 the total volume of the loan portfolio made up 3,655,753bn manats, deposit portfolio – 4,953,203bn manats with 987,023bn manats falling to deposits by physical entities.

In 2005 the assets of IBA grew by 31% and comprised 5,550,619bn manats. As of January 2006 the capital of the bank makes up 330,150bn manats.
