Country's population income increased by 27% in 2005

Country's population income increased by 27% during 2005 in comparison with 2004 and reached AZN 7792.3 million and volume of per capita income increased by 25.7% to AZN 942.

As APA reports, per capita income was AZN 78.5 or $82.2 on average last year and it exceeds the 2004 figure by AZN 16. Population spent AZN 7643 during that period and 70.3% of it was used for purchasing of goods and paying for services, 5.1% for payment of taxes and voluntary membership fees, and 26.4% for increasing of savings and buying of foreign currency.

It should be noted that after taxes and voluntary membership fees are paid, AZN 7399.3 million or 27% more funds in comparison with 2004 population were at population's disposal.
